Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and develop creative prompts for GenAI systems using specialized client tools and safety guidelines.
• Input high-quality data and professional feedback to refine training, tuning, and evaluation processes for AI models.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content-related issues to the broader Trust and Safety department.
• Ensure all AI-generated outputs adhere strictly to company policies and industry standards for user safety.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing sensitive content within a fast-paced customer support services environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to continuous improvement processes for AI accuracy.
• Monitor and manage system performance, demonstrating objective decision-making and cultural awareness.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts – Croatian speaker position in Greece.
• Solid proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• 1–2 years of experience in content safety, content moderation, or professional customer support services.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and objective decision-making skills.
• Ability to distinguish personal beliefs from professional moderation policies.
• Valid EU passport holder.
