Job Overview

We are seeking talented professionals for a German-speaking Microsoft Ads B2B Customer Experts position in Greece, where you will join a world-class Customer Support Services team. You will empower B2B advertisers to master the Microsoft Advertising platform, providing consultative solutions that drive campaign performance and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including account setup, billing, and conversion tracking within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to deliver precise, data-driven solutions and technical troubleshooting for B2B advertisers.
• Provide proactive, performance-based recommendations to help clients optimize their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign strategies.
• Educate and empower customers on the effective use of UET, automated bidding, audience targeting, and advanced Copilot workflows.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B stakeholders through consultative guidance and personalized support.
• Utilize high emotional intelligence and active listening to handle challenging conversations, ensuring client retention and platform trust.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team to meet service-level objectives in the competitive Customer Support Services landscape.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (C1/C2) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
• Proven professional experience in customer support, account management, or digital advertising success.
• Solid understanding of PPC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads).
• Valid EU passport is required for all applicants.
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative mindset and a talent for de-escalation.
