We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the Italian-Speaking Customer Expert for Courier & Logistics Ser position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and digital interactions, including email and back-office tasks, within the Customer Support Services industry.

• Provide expert technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve complex customer complaints and escalate issues according to established logistics and shipping protocols.

• Participate in continuous professional training to stay current with logistics procedures, proprietary tools, and industry service standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery for international shipping clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Good English language skills to facilitate international communications.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills tailored to Customer Support Services.

• Previous experience in customer service or the logistics sector is considered a significant advantage.
