Job Overview

We are currently seeking candidates for the Latvian-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts position in Greece, representing a global leader in commercial vehicle manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

• Manage truck and bus-related inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Provide critical support for vehicle breakdowns by identifying locations and verifying coverage within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with roadside dealers, technicians, and third parties when immediate remote solutions are not feasible.
• Execute de-escalation strategies to ensure client retention and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address technical, product, and corporate inquiries to support the efficiency of the global transportation network.
• Maintain accurate customer relationship databases by recording interactions and following up on pending cases.
• Represent a global brand, contributing to a cleaner, safer, and more connected world through high-quality customer support services.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills in English, essential for one of the top Latvian-speaking jobs in Greece.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures and knowledge management systems.
• Previous experience in a contact center or ticketing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced customer support services environment.
