We are currently searching for professionals to fill the Norwegian-Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate through multiple digital channels (email, chat, and phone) to resolve customer inquiries within the customer support services sector.
• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding the proper usage and maintenance of premium Miele household appliances.
• Manage customer complaints with professionalism, identifying root causes to determine the most effective solutions.
• Expedite product corrections or technical adjustments and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Process refund requests and product exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Arrange and manage the placement of new orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
• Maintain high standards of quality-conscious service, aligning with the Miele motto of "Immer Besser" (Always Better).

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Good communication skills in English to operate effectively within our international team.
• Prior experience in the customer support services industry or troubleshooting roles is highly valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and comfort with modern technology tools.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Greece).
