Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for international customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
