Job Overview

We are currently searching for a talented individual to fill the Norwegian speaking Business Development Representative position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Identify robust sales opportunities and profile prospective customers to discover their specific needs.
• Execute daily outbound calls and cold-calling campaigns to engage C-level decision-makers.
• Understand customer pain points and align technical requirements with Google Cloud solutions.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer data within the Salesforce CRM system.
• Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and individual activity targets.
• Educate high-potential prospects on cloud offerings through effective solution-selling techniques.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to drive business growth across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• C2 level of Norwegian and C1 of English (both written and spoken).
• BA/BS degree or significant equivalent practical experience (20 months).
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, ideally with direct exposure to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to connect business challenges with appropriate technical solutions.
• Consistent success working against an assigned quota in a professional, phone-based environment.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Spain.
