Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for professional business communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is considered a significant asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer excellence.
