Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to SMB clients to facilitate their growth across various digital channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients operating within the digital advertising and social media domain.
• Deliver professional pre- and post-sales support to significantly enhance the overall client experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including ad delivery bugs and platform functionality concerns.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining proactive communication regarding status updates and progress.

Requirements
