We are currently sourcing candidates for a Danish speaking Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist position in Spain, located in the vibrant hub of Barcelona. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients, understanding their business objectives to develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients through outbound calls, focusing on increasing spend and campaign upselling.
• Engage directly with the Danish market to identify customer needs, offering adapted digital solutions and scouting potential future "unicorns."
• Manage a high volume of accounts and potential clients daily, ensuring all data in the CRM remains accurate and comprehensive.
• Consistently work to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty and satisfaction by building meaningful professional relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and optimize service delivery processes.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Languages: C2 level of Danish and C1 level of English.
• Danish Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Danish business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR and data privacy, to ensure compliant outreach.
• Resilience & Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to work independently while collaborating actively with a team.
• Valid EU work authorization.
