Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure maximum satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
• Build sustainable, trusting relationships through clear, empathetic, and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate and complete information by utilizing provided methods and internal support tools.
• Meet individual and team service targets and established call-handling productivity metrics.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and process account updates as required.
• Adhere strictly to corporate communication procedures, security guidelines, and internal service policies.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for the Customer Support Services environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset.
• Eligibility to work and reside in Greece, with a valid EU passport or work permit.
