Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Business Development Rep. with French - GenAI Ads Solutions position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through high-level inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Generate high-quality business opportunities and cultivate a robust sales pipeline within the competitive digital advertising market.
• Perform comprehensive needs analysis to present bespoke GenAI advertising solutions tailored to unique client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery through to successful deal closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed defined revenue and activity targets in a fast-paced sales industry environment.
• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and sales milestones within the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions to maximize account value.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong proficiency in English for professional business communication.
• Proven track record in a target-driven sales industry environment.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes and a passion for consultative sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI technical solutions clearly.
• Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization for Spain.
