Job Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Presales Specialist - German speaker in Lisbon position in Portugal. This role is a vital entry point into the sales industry, where you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline and driving the early stages of the sales cycle for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers aligned with the ideal customer profile within the sales industry.
• Maintain and curate high-quality lead lists using advanced prospecting platforms and CRM databases.
• Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and professional networking via LinkedIn.
• Nurture prospective clients by sharing valuable industry resources, case studies, and solutions tailored to their specific pain points.
• Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings, ensuring a seamless and professional transition to the account executive team.
• Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics such as response rates, conversion success, and meeting volume.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead generation effectiveness.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of our premium German-speaking jobs.
• Previous experience or a strong desire to build a career in the fast-paced sales industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, and a willingness to embrace international relocation.
