Requirements

• Catalan/Galician/Basque (C1/C2); English (B1/2) is a plus; Experience in call‑center environments; Strong communication skills;
• Client-focused mindset with high levels of empathy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
