Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, strictly adhering to support procedures and internal policies.
• Execute workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution, and timely closure of cases.
• Monitor and track active cases to ensure high-efficiency resolution within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Apply content moderation policies consistently to digital content to maintain platform safety.
• Collaborate with the team to meet client-defined targets and internal performance objectives.
• Ensure an exceptional and secure experience for both individual users and business entities on the messaging platform.
• Provide proactive feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of support guidelines.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Very good command of the English language.
• Previous experience in a B2C customer service environment (B2B experience is considered an advantage).
• High attention to detail with proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both as an independent professional and within a diverse team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
