Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a professional customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• A calm, level-headed approach to troubleshooting and high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
