Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for a Vendeur Chasse et Tir (h/f) position in France, located in the heart of Paris. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to and advising a discerning clientele on hunting, sports shooting, and technical equipment.
• Drive sales performance by expertly showcasing firearms, optics, ammunition, and specialized gear within the competitive Sales industry.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements by verifying essential administrative documentation, such as licenses and permits, for every transaction.
• Manage daily point-of-sale activities, including accurate cash handling and comprehensive administrative record-keeping.
• Oversee inventory management, including the receipt of new stock, product display maintenance, and regular inventory auditing.
• Maintain a high standard of professional presentation and safety compliance within the sales floor environment.
• Contribute to the premium brand image of the establishment by providing expert knowledge and maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven professional experience in sales within an outdoor, sports, or specialized hunting/shooting retail environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of the hunting and sports shooting industry sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and operate within highly regulated sales environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional approach to client relations.
