Requirements

• German or Dutch C2 English B2
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for the Customer Support Services environment.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote productivity.
