Key Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer inquiries within designated timescales to maintain high satisfaction.

• Accurately log all interactions and calls in accordance with internal Customer Support Services procedures.
• Responsibly maintain and update all administrative documentation related to your assigned cases.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
• Professional experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a calm and level-headed approach to problem-solving.
• Strong self-organization, proactivity, and the ability to thrive under pressure while hitting performance KPIs.
