Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented individual for a Swiss German AI Voice Trainer position in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of conversational AI technology by providing high-quality, authentic audio data in a native Swiss German dialect.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in two supervised recording sessions of approximately four hours each, guided by a Session Director.
• Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone without an overly polished "announcer" delivery.
• Generate unscripted, spontaneous speech on designated topics while maintaining warmth and a steady pace.
• Manage your own professional recording environment and technical equipment to ensure high-fidelity audio output.
• Deliver all recordings exclusively in the required Swiss German dialect without code-switching.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to improve the quality of synthesized voice models.
• Adhere strictly to all data privacy and consent protocols regarding the collection and use of voice data.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written), specifically Swiss German dialect.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for these German-speaking jobs).
• WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required
• Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
• Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
• Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g.
• RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected.
