We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our client's team in Sofia for a German speaking Email Support Agent position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality professional customer support via email in German.
• Respond to player enquiries with a friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented approach.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex account, login, and technical support issues.
• Investigate gameplay-related queries to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
• Strive for first-contact resolution on every ticket to uphold the standards of our Customer Support Services department.
• Escalate advanced technical cases to internal specialists as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Deliver an outstanding experience while consistently meeting quality and productivity KPIs.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in the country.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift pattern within our 24/7 operations in Sofia.
