Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a Content Moderator - Social Media w/ Hebrew + relocation pack position in Portugal. This critical role within the customer support services industry focuses on maintaining platform integrity by ensuring that digital interactions meet global community standards through diligent review and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess diverse media content including videos, images, text, and audio to ensure full compliance with community standards.
• Identify, flag, and address any content that violates platform guidelines to maintain a safe user environment.
• Moderate user comments, posts, and appeals to foster a respectful and positive digital space.
• Apply accurate classifications to content to enhance platform organization and accessibility.
• Uphold strict legal and internal platform policies to protect the overall integrity of the social media ecosystem.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all moderation actions and report recurring trends or issues to management.
• Collaborate effectively with policy, compliance, and legal departments to resolve complex, high-stakes content cases.
• Maintain flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the customer support services industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume customer support services environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain composure and professional judgment when reviewing sensitive content.
• Strong proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
