• Maintain a focus on operational excellence by consistently meeting targets for quality and efficiency.
• Continuously improve the customer journey by identifying and acting upon opportunities for user experience enhancement.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).

• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
