Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly articulate professional for an Australian English Voice Trainer position in Australia. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in two supervised recording sessions, each approximately 4 hours long, guided in real-time by a Session Director.
• Record high-quality scripted material using a natural, conversational tone that avoids artificial "announcer" delivery.
• Generate unscripted, spontaneous speech on designated topics while maintaining warmth and a consistent pace.
• Ensure all recordings are delivered strictly in the required Australian English dialect without code-switching.
• Take full ownership of your technical setup, managing your recording space and equipment for all sessions.
• Adhere to project protocols regarding data privacy, including the review and signature of consent forms for AI voice model training.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written) with a natural Australian dialect.
• WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required
• Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
• Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
• Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g.
• RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected.
