We are currently looking for talented individuals for the Finnish speaking Consumer Protection Customer Expert- Athens position in Greece. In this vital role within the Customer Support Services industry, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their device protection and service needs are met with empathy, precision, and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat and phone, maintaining the highest standards of professional service.
• Assist customers regarding device protection plans, warranty claims, repairs, and product replacements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while handling urgent or sensitive inquiries with care.
• Build and maintain customer trust by strictly adhering to all regulatory environments and internal support procedures.
• Ensure all interactions follow established quality standards and corporate compliance policies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product developments and service guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex consumer issues effectively.

Requirements

• Native Finnish speaker.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and data protection principles, including GDPR, is an advantage.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for our Finnish-speaking jobs).
