We are currently searching for a high-performing professional to fill the German-speaking Business Developer to Kraków, Poland position in Poland. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term, high-value business relationships with new clients over 3 to 9-month cycles.
• Develop and execute customized online advertising strategies tailored to the unique goals of new and existing clients.
• Provide expert guidance on Google Ads, including proactive solution proposals, offer negotiation, and product education.
• Oversee full-cycle campaign management, from initial setup and rebuilds to ongoing monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Drive revenue growth through inside sales, upselling, and cross-selling of Google Ads solutions, ensuring all sales KPIs are consistently met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to architect comprehensive client solutions and campaign strategies.
• Maintain daily productivity requirements, contributing significantly to the overarching sales objectives of the EMEA business development team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written), plus C1 level of English.
• Substantial experience in IT outbound sales prospecting and managing diverse client portfolios.
• Advanced understanding of cloud computing and professional experience in implementing or selling Google Ads.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex client requirements into viable, high-impact sales solutions.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment.
• Valid EU passport or work authorization for Poland is required for this role.
