Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated brand ambassador, providing expert advice to customers regarding hygiene and wellness products.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications concerning product inquiries and complaints, including reports of damaged or missing items.
• Provide comprehensive multichannel support across email, live chat, and social media platforms in Hebrew and English.
• Document and resolve e-commerce complaints accurately within internal tracking systems.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction by providing precise and empathetic solutions.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality end-to-end service experience for every customer interaction.
• Exhibit patience, courtesy, and professional excellence in every customer engagement.

Requirements

• Language level: Hebrew C1/C2 (contact with the customers) + English B2 (language of the training and internal communication).
• Proficient in a variety of computer programs with the capability to learn quickly and apply new functions to daily work.
• Able to listen to understand, review, and provide solutions.
• High-developed communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask Customer Service experience in an international, fast-peace environment (1 year).
