Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep service and product knowledge related to specific fashion industry applications.
• Escalate complex service issues to mentors or management to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to a high-performance team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in Customer Support Services operations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
