Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• A strong interest in the gaming industry and familiarity with modern gaming console technology.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role.

• Ability to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, to work on-site.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
