Key Responsibilities

• Assist players with their questions and technical or account-related issues through tickets and live chat.
• Provide personalized support using a player-focused, case-by-case approach.
• Deliver a friendly and authentic player-to-player support experience within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Investigate reported issues and provide clear, accurate solutions to ensure player satisfaction.
• Identify recurring problems, bugs, and emerging trends reported by players.
• Communicate relevant issues and player feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in every interaction.
• Collaborate with a passionate team of gaming and customer support specialists.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
• You understand the importance of player empathy and can approach each issue from the player’s perspective.
• You have a basic understanding of player support or customer service.
• You are familiar with gaming communities, player expectations and gaming terminology.
• Previous gaming experience will be considered an advantage.
