Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of our available jobs in Bulgaria.
• A strong interest in technology and the telecommunications sector within Customer Support Services.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to adapt to an international team environment in Sofia.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to learning new systems.
