• Assist customers with complex "click and collect" order processes to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain professional standards within the Customer Support Services industry while representing one of Europe's largest webshops.

Requirements

• ✅ The Profile Your first language is Dutch and you are fluent in English (spoken and written).
• You enjoy working with customers, and you have excellent communication skills.
• You have an international mindset.
• Experience in a contact center role is a plus.
• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
