We are seeking a highly motivated professional for the Account Strategist, GCS, DACH Market (English, German) position in Ireland, operating within the competitive sales industry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of small-to-medium businesses in the DACH region with high expansion potential.
• Conduct regular consultative sales consultations and high-impact pitches to build trust and uncover core client business needs.
• Utilize sophisticated problem-solving and objection-handling techniques to navigate a fluid sales environment.
• Develop and execute strategic advertising solutions that align with client marketing objectives and drive incremental business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to reach ambitious productivity and business development targets at scale.
• Act as a strategic advisor to your clients, ensuring their long-term success through our industry-leading advertising solutions.
• Maintain a high volume of client interactions, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced sales context.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in German, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
