Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional for the Sales Manager, Mid-Market Sales, (English, German) position in Ireland. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a dynamic business team of account strategists to ensure the delivery of growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align team activities with organizational priorities and cross-functional objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level customer relationships through strategic executive meetings and industry speaking engagements.
• Direct the development of effective, long-term business plans, ensuring team accountability for results.
• Innovate regarding customer interaction strategies, including automation, first-party data integration, and advanced CRM analysis.
• Define and implement the necessary infrastructure and operational processes to scale Mid-Market sales success.
• Utilize consultative business skills to identify customer needs and deliver measurable, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of business experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
• Experience building a book of business.
• Experience leading a business team.
• Experience in a people management role.
• Proven ability to operate within the fast-paced sales industry.
