We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for an Account Strategist, Sales, Italy (Italian, English) position in Ireland. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals within the Italian market.
• Establish professional relationships via phone calls or email marketing to engage with small- and medium-sized business owners.
• Conduct regular phone consultations with clients to provide strategic advice on maximizing their return on digital advertising investments.
• Own a comprehensive portfolio of businesses by identifying specific growth drivers and managing potential risks.
• Develop and execute quarterly plans to ensure client achievement and sustained business success.
• Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding sales experience that aligns with specific business and marketing objectives.
• Maintain a focus on performance marketing to ensure clients achieve optimal results from their digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) to support Italian-speaking jobs in our Dublin hub.
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
• Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
