We are currently looking for a dynamic professional for the Responsável de Expedição - Coimbra position in Portugal to oversee our international logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the expedition team to ensure high-performance standards.
• Oversee the preparation, verification, and dispatch of international orders.
• Supervise all daily loading and unloading logistics operations.
• Ensure meticulous handling of documentation and operational records.
• Maintain full compliance with quality, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support the onboarding, training, and integration of new team members.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience in logistics, team management, and international operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Coimbra, Portugal.
• Ability to ensure compliance with strict industry safety and quality standards.
