Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and provide precise, efficient solutions to travel-related inquiries within a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accommodation partners, handling complex requests regarding room modifications, rates, and availability.
• Expertly assist with partner reservations and navigation of online extranet tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain high service standards by delivering accurate information and fostering a positive experience for every user.
• Follow established industry protocols while continuously expanding your technical product knowledge.
• Collaborate with an international team to ensure seamless booking processes and high-quality partner support.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with a strong command of English (B2+).
• Valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
• A customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency, including comfort with digital tools and office software.
• Ability to maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment while working remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an international team dynamic.
