Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Junior O2C Specialist (French-speaking) –3000€ Bonus position in Portugal to join a high-impact team. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner to maintain high operational standards in Customer Support Services.
• Generate invoices and credit notes while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
• Perform daily cash application of customer payments, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor AR aging reports and engage in professional follow-ups with customers regarding overdue invoices.
• Support the resolution of customer queries and escalate complex disputes to maintain the quality of the customer journey.
• Assist in reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, and audit requirements.
• Maintain and update customer master data within the ERP system to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Have knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Have good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).
• Are familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
