We are currently scouting for multilingual talent to fill the Order & Tech Support (French-speaking) - 1200€ Bonus position in Portugal, located in the beautiful city of Porto. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for specialized medical devices and accessories.
• Manage end-to-end order intake and renewals, ensuring full compliance with internal company guidelines.
• Provide multichannel support—including phone, email, chat, and SMS—to assist users with product inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions in English within our CRM systems.
• Apply professional active listening and empathy when engaging with sensitive customer situations.
• Strictly adhere to established procedures and regulatory safety standards to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain service excellence across various European markets.

Requirements

• Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are fluent, both verbal and written, in French + C1 level in English.
• Can support more than one market simultaneously.
• Have a strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Possess problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Stay calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
