We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Order & Tech Support (Dutch-speaking) Med Equipment position in Portugal. • Ensure all customer interactions and technical requests are accurately documented in English.
• Apply active listening and professional empathy when engaging with patients in sensitive medical situations.
• Adhere strictly to defined standard operating procedures to maintain regulatory and safety compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across various European markets to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are fluent, both verbal and written, in Dutch + C1 level in English.
• Can support more than one market simultaneously.
• Have a strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Possess problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Stay calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for these jobs in Portugal).
