Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries through phone calls and e-mails within the Customer Support Services sector.

• Provide expert advice and information regarding client products and services while maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, following predefined protocols and escalation procedures.
• Analyze and understand diverse customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that meet key performance indicators.
• Navigate multiple digital systems simultaneously to maintain accurate and updated customer e-records.
• Proactively collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality support as part of an integrated international team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Good command of spoken and written English (C1-C2 level).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology, products, and operational processes.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM or ticketing systems.
• Previous experience in a contact center or a customer-facing role is highly beneficial for these Dutch-speaking jobs.
