Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.

• Proven customer care skills with the ability to listen, understand, and empathize with user needs.
• Strong disposition toward working in a fast-paced customer support services environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive interactions to a successful resolution.
