Key Responsibilities

• Manage German-speaking inbound customer service inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding insurance-related matters.

• Process customer-requested claims and policy cancellations with high attention to detail.
• Archive completed cases in the electronic database to ensure organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• German proficiency at C1/C2 level or native fluency, plus English proficiency at B2 level.

• Experience in troubleshooting and solving customer problems (preferred).
• Patience and empathy to understand customer queries correctly.
• Ability to handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
