Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to customers via voice, email, and chat channels.
• Handle complex technical and billing inquiries while performing advanced troubleshooting.

• Deliver comprehensive pre-sale and after-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through established corporate protocols.
• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new B2B and B2C accounts.
• Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to solve problems with a technical mindset and digital fluency.
• Experience in voice-based support or sales environments is considered a significant advantage.
• Residency in Bulgaria, as this is a remote role for candidates based in the country.
