Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process inquiries from new and existing business users via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver proactive and independent solutions to ensure optimal customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Provide expert guidance, training, and support to clients before and after the purchase of social media advertising services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
• Address all service-related queries with a focus on accuracy and brand representation.
• Maintain detailed records of user interactions in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance the overall customer experience on the platform.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
• You have an interest and passion for Social Media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a Customer Support Services role.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, professional, and multicultural work environment in Portugal.
