Key Responsibilities

• Assist players with issues, reports, and support requests through various back-office channels.

• Maintain a constant focus on player satisfaction to provide a seamless, high-quality customer support experience.
• Analyze and share valuable player feedback with relevant internal departments to drive service improvements.
• Collaborate closely with your team to optimize support processes and elevate overall service quality within the gaming industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
• You have gaming experience and understand players’ mindset, communities, and expectations.
• You are empathetic and able to understand issues from a player’s perspective.
• You have an interest in player support, content review, labelling, or customer support.
• You are detail-oriented and motivated to help players enjoy the best possible gaming experience.
