Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Business Development Rep. w/Norwegian - GenAI Ads Solutions position in Spain. This role offers the unique opportunity to join a global leader in artificial intelligence, focusing on acquiring new business and revolutionizing the digital advertising landscape from our vibrant Barcelona hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, and social selling.
• Generate high-quality business opportunities to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to present tailored GenAI advertising solutions that align with client business goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery through to closing new deals.
• Maintain precise and accurate tracking of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to maximize client value.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong digital marketing knowledge with a passion for consultative sales and artificial intelligence.
• Proactive "hunter" mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed commercial targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working in a professional sales environment or a similar business development capacity.
