We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Flemish & English Customer Service Specialist – Barcelona position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized assistance in Flemish, Dutch, and English.
• Manage diverse customer enquiries effectively via telephone, email, and various digital communication channels.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer questions, requests, and complex complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
• Strictly adhere to internal quality standards and established Customer Support Services operational guidelines.
• Offer basic technical or product-related guidance to troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our centralized database systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster a premium customer experience.

Requirements

• Mandatory Languages Flemish: Native or C2 level – MANDATORY and highly important.
• Dutch: Fluent / professional level – MANDATORY.
• English: Fluent professional level – MANDATORY.
• Other Requirements Previous experience in customer service, contact center, technical support, or a similar environment is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently residing in Barcelona, as this is a 100% on-site role.
• Valid EU passport or legal right to work in Spain.
