We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a German-Speaking Sales Representative – Digital Ads position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into new, high-value digital advertising customers.
• Build and proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of SMB clients within the DACH region.
• Identify and execute opportunities to upsell and expand existing client advertising partnerships.
• Translate client business objectives into tailored, effective digital advertising solutions.
• Navigate the full sales cycle, providing expert guidance from initial outreach to campaign launch.
• Consult with clients on campaign optimization strategies to maximize their digital advertising return on investment.
• Utilize CRM platforms and data analytics to manage sales pipelines and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain deep expertise in the evolving German digital marketing landscape to capture new market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2-level German and strong English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a target-driven or high-value sales environment.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales industry.
• Passion for digital advertising and client relationship management.
