Key Responsibilities

• Manage structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers who have expressed interest in automotive products.
• Represent a premium brand within the sales industry, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, courtesy, and high customer satisfaction standards.
• Reinforce brand value by proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns, specifically regarding pricing structures and product preferences.
• Compile key sales insights and document interactions in a structured format to support the wider retailer sales teams.
• Maintain relationship continuity by managing the end-to-end follow-up process for prospects.

Requirements
